Tim O'leary MBE
Chief Operating Officer

Tim, who was born in Hong Kong as the son of an Ex Brigade of Gurkhas Officer, joined the Army as a soldier in 1981. He subsequently completed officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and was commissioned into 7th Duke of Edinburgh’s own Gurkha Rifles and served for 25 years. After leaving the Army Tim's first role was as the Leadership and Management Development Advisor at East Kent Hospital’s Trust. From here he joined G4S where he delivered a variety of commercial contracts in the UK business. In 2013 he moved to the Risk Management business unit based in central London and oversaw a variety of contracts in High Threat and complex environments before taking up the role of Chief Operating Officer in G4S Risk Consulting.

In 2016, Tim joined FSI Worldwide as the Operations Director before his appointment as Managing Director of FSI AMEA in 2018. Tim then moved to the role of Chief Operating Officer in FSI Europe in 2020. Tim had previously worked with FSI in 2007 when he was the Account Director for the Ministry of Defence’s Pre-Deployment Training contract that was delivered as a Joint Venture by G4S UK / FSI Worldwide.
